黄石西塞山工业园是黄石市最大的模具钢生产企业聚集地,现有注册模具钢生产企业192家,模具钢年产量27.9万吨,产值33.74亿元。近年来,我们紧紧抓住工资收入这个职工经济权益的核心问题,积极探索具有行业特色的工资集体协商之路。2012年,工业园模具钢生产企业全部签订了工资集体协商专项合同,明确一线职工工资增长17%,非一线职工工资增长15%,均超过模具钢行业效益14%的预计增幅,惠及职工7327人。一、抓住关键环节,夯实行业工资集体协商基础(一)加强工会组织建设,明确行业工资集体协商主体。针对工业园模具钢小企业多,行业特征明显,从业人员集聚,开展行业工资集体协商主体缺位的实际,我们把加强工会组织建设放在突出位置。因
