The professional development of kindergarten teachers is a process of constantly updating, evolving and enriching kindergarten teachers’ individual professional structure. It is a process in which kindergarten teachers constantly receive new knowledge and increase their professional abilities. The 21st century is characterized by an era of knowledge-based economy. With the rapid development of high technology, the times have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of young children, and more and more the requirements for the quality of kindergarten teachers. The quality of teachers is the core of teachers’ specialization.
