The use of pulsed solid-state lasers for laser micro-welding adds new uses and materials for micromachining, which requires solder joints less than 150 μm in the electronics industry. Micro-welding laser is characterized by high stability and low pulse energy, through the scanner to achieve rapid beam positioning.
