中国机械工程学会1988年秘书长、总干事工作会议于1988年7月7～9日在北京召开。96名代表出席了会议,中国机械工程学会陶亨咸理事长、陆燕荪、孙大涌副理事长、陈仁慧外事顾问和中国科协学会部的同志到会并讲了话。程瑞全秘书长作了题为《在当前改革开放的形势下怎样搞好学会工作》的工作报告。
China Mechanical Engineering Society Secretary-General in 1988, the Director-General’s work conference in July 1988 July 7 to 9 held in Beijing. 96 deputies attended the meeting. Honorable Tao Hengxian, Lu Yansun, Sun Taiyong, vice chairman of China Mechanical Engineering Society, foreign affairs advisers to Chen Renhui and the Chinese Association for Science and Technology Association attended the meeting and made speeches. Secretary-General Cheng Ruiquan made a report titled “How to Do a Good Job of Learning in the Current Situation of Reform and Opening up”.
