用ＨＰＬＣ对不同温度下处理的梓醇及地黄复方制剂中梓醇的变化情况进行了检测。１００℃高温长时间加热对梓醇有一定影响；在３７℃存放３个月与未存放制剂中梓醇含量无显著性差异。
The changes of sterols in sterols and Dihuang compound preparations treated at different temperatures were detected by HPLC. Heating at 100°C for a long time had a certain effect on sterols; there was no significant difference in the content of sterols at 37°C for 3 months without storage.
