湿型砂中加入煤粉,主要是用于抗粘砂、易剥离,但却使得铸件产生气孔等缺陷的倾向增大,并严重恶化了铸造生产的环境。本文对于我厂在新铸造车间引进的GP气冲造型线上所用的型砂不添加煤粉、而添加型砂添加剂的试生产进行了总结,并探讨了该项新工艺的优越性及其深远的影响。
The addition of pulverized coal to wet sand is mainly used for anti-sticking sand and is easy to peel off, but it tends to increase defects such as porosity and other defects in the castings and seriously worsens the environment for casting production.
