制造业信息化是实现国家“信息化带动工业化”战略的突破口 ,是提升我国制造业国际竞争力的迫切需要。为推动国家科技部“制造业信息化工程”的实施 ,本刊特别访问了成都飞机工业 (集团 )有限责任公司杨廷阔总经理、中国直升机设计研究所倪先平所长、西安航空发动机 (集团 )有限公司王良副总经理 ,请他们谈谈在信息化建设过程中的经验和体会 ,期望能对制造业信息化建设有所帮助
