强度在420公斤/厘米~2到840公斤/厘米~2范围内的混凝土称为高强混凝土。现在高强混凝土的用途趋势是明显的,不仅予制工艺等特殊制作工艺可以使用,而且予拌或现场拌制的混凝土浇灌现浇结构也可以使用。这就说明,在严格控制质量的情况下,使用常规材料,生产以上强度范围内的混凝土,在技术上和经济上都是可行的。 值得注意的是使用高强混凝土,首先应有工程性能的充分资料,高强混凝在某些方面和普通混凝土有很大的区别。我们对混凝土在荷载下性能的理解,以及对过去常用以推算弹性模量、拉力强度等这些基本性能的现用经验公式的理解,主要都是以混凝土抗
Concrete with a strength in the range of 420 kg/cm2 to 840 kg/cm2 is called high-strength concrete. The trend of the use of high-strength concrete is now obvious. Not only can special production techniques such as pre-processes be used, but also cast-in-place concrete structures for premixed or onsite mixing can be used. This shows that, under strict quality control, the use of conventional materials to produce concrete in the above strength range is technically and economically feasible. It is worth noting that the use of high-strength concrete requires adequate information on the performance of the project. High-strength coagulation is very different from ordinary concrete in some respects. Our understanding of the performance of concrete under loading and the understanding of current empirical formulas that have been commonly used to derive basic properties such as elastic modulus and tensile strength are mainly based on concrete resistance.
