我们在临床实践中发现,很多活动不便、偏瘫、截瘫等女性病人,由于不能下地或下地排尿困难,给病人及家属带来诸多问题。为了解决这个问题,有采取留置尿管的,有使用市场销售的女性接尿器的,等等。但都存在着不同程度的问题,如留置尿管引起感染;外接尿器安装繁琐,接触不紧漏尿等。为此,我们自制了一种女性接尿器,效果较好,现作一介绍,可试用。
