走进街洞矿业公司茶塘煤矿,展现在眼前的是洁净宽阔的水泥马路、一幢幢现代化机房、花园式的工业广场和装修一新的办公室。在矿长张敬阳的带领下,茶塘煤矿旧貌换新颜,迈入了可持续发展的道路。张敬阳现年50岁,1 983年参加工作,从一名掘进工一步一步走上领导岗位,曾担任过技术员、队长、技术主管、副矿长、党总支书记等职务。担任矿长6年来,他先后荣获湘煤集团和郴州市国资委优秀共产党员、黑金时代股份公司矿井质量标准化先进个人和安全生产先进个人等荣誉,连续5年被评为街洞矿业公司劳动模范,2012年度被评为湘煤集团劳动模范。今年,他又被授予全国五一劳动奖章和“湖南省劳动模 Entering the Jietong Mining Company’s tea and tea mines, the clean and wide cement road, a modern machine room, a garden-like industrial plaza, and a renovated office are on display. Under the leadership of the mine director Zhang Jingyang, the old Tangtang coal mine changed its appearance and entered the path of sustainable development. Zhang Jingyang was 50 years old and joined the work in 1983. He stepped into a leadership position step by step from a digging-worker and served as a technician, captain, technical director, deputy chief, party secretary, and other positions. For six years as the mine chief, he has won honors such as excellent coal miners of Xiang Coal Group and Chenzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, advanced quality of mine quality standardization and personal safety advanced production of Hejin Times Stock Co., Ltd., and has been honored as a model worker of Jiedong Mining Company for five consecutive years. In 2012, it was named Xiangtan Coal Group’s labor model. This year, he was awarded the National May 1st Labour Medal and the ”Hunan Labor Model
