用乙炔还原方法测定了北京地区水稻根际的固氨活性。结果表明在水稻生长期内,于孕穗至乳熟阶段,根际维持着较高的固氮活性水平。不同品种根际固氮活性差异很大。氮肥施用对根际固氨活性的影响,在水稻生长早期和施氮后的短期内表现抑制效应,此后则表现促进。在本试验条件下,没有观察到稻草还田对根际固氨活性的显著影响。
The acetylene reduction method was used to determine the ammonia-fixing activity in rice rhizosphere in Beijing. The results showed that rhizosphere maintained a high level of nitrogen fixation activity during the booting stage to the milk ripe stage during rice growth. Different varieties of nitrogen fixation activity vary greatly. The effect of nitrogen application on rhizosphere ammonia fixation showed an inhibitory effect in the early stage of rice growth and in the short term after nitrogen application, and then promoted the performance. Under the conditions of this experiment, no significant effect of straw returning on rhizosphere ammonia fixation was observed.
