例1,男,52岁,于1989年9月2日入院。自1968年始春秋好发“红眼”,刺痛流泪,有少许脓性分泌物。1985年以来每年有1～2次口腔溃疡发作,同时龟头超红色丘疹、破溃后流水,有轻微尿痛尿急。双踝,腕、指、趾关节先后红肿疼痛,曾一度按“痛风性关节炎”治疗。1989年8月始左腕、近端指关节红肿疼痛,左颞颌关节肿痛,张口困难,伴有低热。1976年有“菌痢”病史,经治疗痊愈。体检:双结膜充血,口腔粘膜弥漫性充血糜烂,心肺无异常发现,肝脾肋下来扪及。左腕关节红肿,食指呈腊肠样,指甲增厚,星淡黄色,变脆。龟头沿冠状沟有糜烂,流黄水及结痂,尿道口有少许粘液丝流出。

Physical examination: double conjunctival congestion, oral mucosa diffuse hyperemia erosion, no abnormal heart and lung, liver and spleen ribs palpable. Left wrist swelling, forefinger was sausage-like, thickening of nails, stars pale yellow, brittle. Glans coronal groove along erosion, yellow water and scab, urethral mucus silk out of a small mouth.
