面对公安工作改革发展的良好形势,《公安学刊》不失时机地发表了一系列富有针对性、实践性的文章,出刊质量明显提高。最近刊登的两篇文章《建立快速反应机制拓展公安工作改革发展的新时空》和《将公安系统办公室改建成指挥部(室)的理性思考》,分别从社会、政治、经济形势的变化和违法犯罪行为的动态化着手,论述了公安机关在新形势下如何适应这一变化,改革公安机关职能,建立科学运行机制,更好地发挥打击敌人,保护人民的职能作用,拜读后大受启发。两文作者提出,应把公安系统的办公室确立为快速反应的指挥
In the face of the good situation in the reform and development of public security work, Public Security Journal published a series of well-targeted and practical articles seventy of its time, and markedly improved the quality of its publications. Recently published two articles, “Establishing a Rapid Response Mechanism to Expand the New Space and Time for Reform and Development in Public Security Work” and “Rational Thinking of Replacing the Public Security System Office into a Command (Room)”, respectively, from changes in the social, political and economic situations and in violation of laws This article discusses how the public security organs adapt to this change in the new situation, reform the functions of the public security organs, establish a scientific operation mechanism, give better play to the functions of fighting the enemy and protecting the people, and are greatly inspired after reading. The author of the two articles suggested that the office of the public security system should be established as the conductor for quick response
