依据悬臂式掘进机的结构特征,分析了悬臂式掘进机在机构设计中出现的机械干涉问题,并对防止机械干涉问题的方法进行了分类,具体分析了无干涉设计和现有的防干涉设计方法的特点及各自的弊端。在此基础上提出了一种新的防干涉系统的思想,并指出了未来悬臂式掘进机的防干涉系统的设计方向及其应用前景。
