目的:为探讨鱼腥草、田基黄和板蓝根对机体中性粒细胞和单核细胞化学趋化和超氧化物的调整作用。方法:应用化学趋化试验和超氧化物产物测定方法。结果:鱼腥草、田基黄和板蓝根能显著增加两种细胞的超氧化物产物,预先与以上三种药物培养的中性粒细胞的化学趋化被明显抑制(化学趋化剂为甲酰肽和酵母多糖),但单核细胞的化学趋化无明显变化。结论:鱼腥草等中草药参与中性粒细胞的氧化反应(呼吸爆发),参与调节中性粒细胞的趋化作用、抗炎效应和杀菌功能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Houttuynia cordata Thunb, Radix Scutellariae Radix and Radix Isatidis on the regulation of chemotaxis and superoxide in neutrophils and monocytes of the body. Methods: Chemical chemotaxis assays and superoxide production assays were used. Results: Houttuynia cordata, Tianjihuang and Banlangen could significantly increase the superoxide production of two kinds of cells, and the chemical chemotaxis of neutrophils cultured in advance with the above three drugs was significantly inhibited (chemical chemotaxis agent was formyl Peptides and zymosan), but there was no significant change in the chemical chemotaxis of monocytes. Conclusion: Herbs such as Houttuynia cordata participate in the oxidation reaction of neutrophils (respiratory burst) and participate in regulating the chemotaxis, anti-inflammatory effects and bactericidal functions of neutrophils.
