《货运英语》是国际货运类专业开设的专业必修课之一。学习改课程的前提是要求学生应具有较高的英语阅读理解能力以及基本的国际货运代理相关知识。通过本课程的学习,学生应掌握货运代理专业英语的基本技能,成为适应社会需要的应用型涉外商务工作者;了解货运代理不同运输方式的英文介绍及专业词汇,能够在不同的运输方式中使用恰当的专业英语词汇。通过学习有关单证的实例,学生应理解和掌握各种相关英文单证的内容和格式,拥有成为单证商务工作者的基本素质,具有较强的货运代理组织能力。
“Freight English” is one of the professional compulsory courses offered by international freight transportation specialty. The prerequisite for learning to change courses is to require students should have a higher ability of reading comprehension and basic knowledge of international freight forwarders. Through the study of this course, students should master the basic skills of freight forwarder’s professional English and become an applied foreign-related business worker who adapt to the needs of the society. To understand the different English and professional vocabularies of freight forwarders in different modes of transportation can be used in different modes of transportation Proper professional English vocabulary. By studying examples of relevant documents, students should understand and master the content and format of various related English documents, possess the basic qualities of becoming a document business worker, and have strong ability of organizing freight forwarding organizations.
