1.故障现象我们在对某批SW240E型挖掘机进行维修时,发现多台该型号挖掘机做回转动作时,其回转机构均发出明显异响,特别是回转停止瞬间,发出明显的撞击声。该型号挖掘机从生产线下线时没有此类问题,这些挖掘机是在使用500、600h后才出现上述故障的。2.原因分析挖掘机回转机构主要由上车架、下车架、回转滚盘、固定螺检和回转马达总成等组成,如附图所示。挖掘机上车架和下车架通过回转滚盘连接,回转滚盘外圈、内圈分别通过螺栓固定在挖掘
