汽油引起工人周围神经病表现出诱发电位的变化国内尚无报道。我们对66例45~59岁的接触汽油作业的工人,进行了诱发电位的波幅分析,并同时以30名41~58岁的干部和其它工种工人做为对照组。对该两组分别测定了诱发肌电位及神经电位波幅。其结果,诱发肌电位两组有非常显著性差异。对照组胫神经诱发电位最低值为3 mv,所占比例低于接触组,最高的波幅值比例数又高于接触组,而接触组最低波幅为1.2mv。接触组的腓总神经远端诱发电位最低波幅为
Gasoline caused peripheral neuropathy workers showed evoked potential changes in China has not been reported. We analyzed the volatility of evoked potentials in 66 workers aged 45 to 59 years exposed to gasoline and compared them with 30 cadres and other workers aged 41-58 years as controls. The two groups were measured evoked myoelectric potential and nerve potential amplitude.
