目的探讨长期使用肾上腺糖皮质激素治疗与患结核病的关系。方法对３０例激素治疗后患结核病临床症状、激素应用剂量及疗程、患结核病后治疗及转归进行分析。结果３０例不同类型原发病应用激素治疗后引起不同程度结核病的发生及／或稳定的结核病复发、恶化。结论应用激素治疗的同时应警惕结核病的发生、复发，必要时进行预防性治疗。
Objective To investigate the relationship between long-term use of glucocorticoid therapy and tuberculosis. Methods Thirty patients with tuberculosis after clinical treatment of hormonal symptoms, hormone dosage and course of treatment, treatment and prognosis of tuberculosis were analyzed. Results 30 cases of different types of primary disease caused by the application of hormone therapy to varying degrees of tuberculosis and / or stable recurrence and worsening of tuberculosis. Conclusion Hormone therapy should be alert to the occurrence of tuberculosis, relapse, if necessary, preventive treatment.
