目的通过分析中国疾病预防控制中心昌平园区部分生物安全实验室温度较高的原因,提出可能的解决对策。方法根据实验室的类型、送排风系统的方式、南北朝向、室内散热设备数量、实验室温度等数据进行统计分析。结果主要原因是由于采用两管制中央空调系统设计,无法满足不同区域对中央空调负荷的不同要求,以及室内散热设备多、南侧的实验室影响,造成部分实验室温度高于标准1~5℃。结论应根据不同原因,采取有效可行的对策,逐步解决生物安全实验室温度较高的问题,提高昌平园区中央空调系统运行管理水平,并为今后生物安全实验室的设计和建设提出一些可借鉴的地方。
Objective To analyze the causes of the high temperature in some biosafety laboratories in Changping Park, China CDC, and propose possible solutions. Methods According to the type of laboratory, the way to send exhaust system, north and south, the number of indoor cooling equipment, laboratory temperature and other data for statistical analysis. The main reason is that the design of two-control central air-conditioning system can not meet the different requirements of central air-conditioning load in different regions, as well as the influence of the indoor cooling equipment and the south laboratory, causing some laboratory temperatures to be higher than the standard 1 ~ 5 ℃ . Conclusion Based on different reasons, effective measures should be taken to gradually solve the problem of high temperature in biosafety laboratories and to improve the operation and management of central air conditioning systems in Changping Park. Some references for the design and construction of biosafety laboratories in the future are put forward local.
