OBJECTIVE: To detect the dynamic changes of natural killer (NK) cell activity in BALB / c mice infected with cox B3 virus and the effect of anti-Corneal injection (RSF). Methods: The mice were divided into normal control group, virus control group, 10 mg / kg RSF group, 20 mg / kg RSF group and 30 m g / kg RSF group, 17 rats in each group, , 8 days, 12 days with lactate dehydrogenase release method, the detection of peripheral blood NK cell activity in each group of mice, and the line of histopathological examination. Results: NK cell activity was significantly increased (6 7.11 ± 2.52)% on the 3rd day after virus infection and then decreased progressively, and was lower than normal on the 12th day [(42.2 ± 1.6 1)%: (47.79 ± 4.0 3)%]; RSF had a bidirectional modulation of NK cell activity in mice infected with cox B3 virus. High doses (20 mg / kg and 30 mg / kg) of RSF had an inhibitory effect on increased NK cell viability on day 3 and reduced normal NK cell activity on day 12; low dose (10 mg / kg) RSF had no inhibitory effect on increased NK activity on day 3, but also restored reduced NK activity to normal on day 12. Myocardial lesions were the heaviest on day 8 of virus infection, but less on low-dose RSF. Myocardial lesions improved significantly on high-dose RSF. Conclusion: RSF regulates NK cell activity after cox B3 infection and may be one of its important mechanisms in the prevention and treatment of viral myocarditis.
