2003年汛期将至,贵州省构皮滩水情自动测报系统、湖南省柘溪水情自动测报系统和风滩水情自动测报系统三大工程的设备于4月5日同期出厂。三大工程设备同期出厂工期急、任务紧,南京南瑞集团公司水情水调环境监测分公司在确保系统稳定和设备质量的前提下,合理安排工期,日夜奋战,在合同规定期限前完成三大工程全部设备的生产调试并进行了前期的连续通电试验。设备全部通过南瑞集团公司的质量检验,顺利出厂。
