目的研究民族药用植物古钩藤Cryptolepis buchananii茎叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱以及制备HPLC等手段分离并纯化化合物,通过NMR、MS等波谱技术并结合文献数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从古钩藤茎叶甲醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部分共分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为异莨菪亭(1)、(+)-3-hydroxy-β-ionone(2)、(3R,6R,7E)-3-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-9-one(3)、ficusic acid(4)、(+)-松脂素(5)、(+)-8-羟基松脂素(6)、(+)-丁香脂素(7)、异橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸脂(8)、loliolide(9)、(–)-蛇菰宁(10)、金圣草素(11)、9-hydroxy-10E,12Z-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester(12)和ficusesquilignan A(13)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the stems and leaves of Cryptolepis buchananii, a national medicinal plant. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the methanolic extracts of the stems and leaves of C. elegans, and were identified as isopositamine (1), (+) - 3-hydroxy-β-ionone 6R, 7E) -3-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-9-one (3) ficusic acid (4) (7), isopulegolvate (8), loliolide (9), (-) - snake suoning (10), rhamnoides (11), 9-hydroxy- 10E, 12Z-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester (12) and ficusesquilignan A (13). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
