回顾观察联合应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACE1）及倍他乐克治疗围产期心肌病10例．5个月内心脏结构及功能恢复正常．随访1－2年无复发。
Retrospective observation of the combination of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE1) and metoprolol in the treatment of perinatal cardiomyopathy in 10 cases. Within 5 months, heart structure and function returned to normal. Follow-up 1-2 years without recurrence.
