本文从预后观点阐述了根据临床表现进行的 SLE病型分类和根据 SLE 不同病型实施的治疗方法。一、根据预后行 SLE 病型分类厚生省特殊疾病自身免疫疾病调查研究班旨在根据重症程度进行病型分类和确立对症疗法,对全国进行了调查。依据转归大体把 SLE 分为病情完全缓解、不完全缓解、不变或恶化率高3组。即使病情相同,但也有轻重之分,综合厚生省调查研究班和作者的结果,根据重症程度进行的病型分类如表1,
