现阶段中国旅行社的扩张模式分为四种类型,即以旅行社业务为主,兼营其他业务的扩张发展模式;旅游电商的扩张发展模式;以出境旅游批发为主的旅行社外延式扩张模式;以万达地产等其他行业的领头企业兼并旅行社的扩张模式。以内蒙古旅行社的现状而言,内蒙古旅行社的扩张发展模式,应该采取与电商融合的扩张模式、以出境旅游为龙头的旅行社外延式扩张模式,以及以“文旅产业”为母体的旅行社扩张模式,并以此推动内蒙古旅行社实现规模化发展。
