流动人口犯罪高发,是当今我国客观存在的一个严重社会问题,也是创建和谐社会的重点和难点。本文从“文化冲突论”的理论视角出发,阐述了流动人口犯罪的形成和预防机制。
The high crime of floating population is a serious social problem that exists objectively in our country today. It is also the key and difficult point of creating a harmonious society. From the theoretical perspective of “Cultural Conflict Theory ”, this paper expounds the formation and prevention mechanism of the crime of floating population.
