本文报告临床使用国产14-氨基酸注射液-823共130例,使用病种较广泛,分小剂量组和大剂量组观察。输液前后测定患者的肝、肾功能和血红蛋白,并对患者的生命体征进行了分析。认为本品使用安全、可靠;可促进机休的蛋白合成、提高血红蛋白的含量、促使正氮平衡,为一种有效的蛋白合成营养药。本组发现个别患者用药后有胸闷、恶心,放慢滴速后症状可消失,一般滴速在70滴/min以下为宜。极个别患者可发生荨麻疹。
This report reports the clinical use of domestic 14-amino acid injection -823 a total of 130 cases, the use of a wider range of disease, divided into small dose group and high dose group observation.
