过去我们对于高速钢刀具的使用寿命,只是在淬火时加以控制,对于回火就注意得不够。当时我们认为,主要的原因是淬火条件不好,温度达不到理想的要求。后来经过回火证明,淬火虽然重要,如果没有适当的回火操作,还是不能满足我们的要求的,而且它的红热切削寿命相差大很。所以高速钢刀具的回火是一件极重要的事。现在把我们对高速钢刀具采用多次回火的一些经验,介绍出来供大家参考。 (一)回火前情况刀具原材料的成分是:碳0.7~0.8%,钨18~20%,铬3.5~4.5%,钒1.0%,硫、磷都小于0.03%,锰0.3~0.4%。规
