消化道出血,是肝硬化患者常见的并发症和死亡原因。食鱼又往往是诱发出血的因素之一。过去多认为,出血是由于鱼刺刺破食道曲张的静脉和胃底静脉。
Gastrointestinal bleeding is a common complication and cause of death in patients with cirrhosis. Fish is often one of the factors that induce bleeding. In the past that many believe that the bleeding is due to punctures piercing varicose vein and gastric fundus.
