加强高职院校实训基地的建设工作有利于现阶段高等职业教育的发展,能够提高高职院校的竞争力。从实际情况来看,目前高职院校实训基地建设可持续发展的条件是真实性、社会性以及效益性,而制约其发展的原因则有师资力量的不足、资金的缺少、管理方面的缺失等因素。这需要我们不断去完善在可持续发展的过程中出现的一些问题。本文通过分析高职院校实训基地建设过程中存在的问题及原因,提出了一些解决方法,以供参考。
Strengthening the construction of practical training bases in vocational colleges is conducive to the development of higher vocational education at the present stage and can improve the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. From a practical point of view, the conditions for the sustainable development of practical training bases in higher vocational colleges at present are the authenticity, sociality and effectiveness. This requires us to continue to improve some of the problems in the process of sustainable development. In this paper, by analyzing the problems and causes in the construction of practical training base in higher vocational colleges, some solutions are proposed for reference.
