石棉对健康的危害早已引起人们的关注,但有关家庭手纺石棉对健康危害的报道甚少,为此,我们于1983年10月对上海县朱行大队手纺石棉农民健康状况进行了调查。 方法与内容 朱行大队农民手纺石棉最早始于1945年,1958年前后发展较迅速。1976年全部停产。主要工种为纺纱和拼线。以妇女为主,作为主要家庭副业。工龄最长者为31年,最短者2年,平均15年。在农民家庭住房中,分散加工,敞开操作,无任何防护设备。
