用气相色谱法测定鳀鱼鱼油中EPA、DHA的含量,鱼油PUFA用0.5mol/LNaOH-甲醇液皂化,BF_3-甲醇酯化成脂肪酸甲酯,进行气相色谱测定。内标物用TSA-M。模拟试验5份平均回收率EPA-M为89.86%,DHA-M为89.78%。变异系数EPA-M为0.80%,DHA-M为0.64%。表明本法简便、快速、重现性好。
The contents of EPA and DHA in the fish oil of anchovy were determined by gas chromatography. The PUFA of fish oil was saponified with 0.5mol / L NaOH-methanol solution, and the fatty acid methyl ester of BF_3-methanol was esterified and determined by gas chromatography. Internal standard substance used TSA-M. The average recoveries of five samples in simulated test were 89.86% for EPA-M and 89.78% for DHA-M. The coefficient of variation EPA-M was 0.80%, DHA-M was 0.64%. This method shows that this method is simple, rapid and reproducible.
