一、高层建筑发展简史 提到高层建筑人们会说还得属外国,诚然,论其高度、数量、规模,美国可谓名列前茅,仅高度为160～200m的高层建筑就有100多幢,世界上最高的芝加哥西尔斯大楼共110层,高度达443m,总建筑面积约41万m~2。近十几年来日本的高层建筑在迅速地发展,值得称道的是在地震区建造了高度100m以上的高层建筑已有30多幢,论其发展速度居于世界领先地位。目前一些国家出现了高层建筑群,法国巴黎就建造了高达50层的几十幢高层建筑,诸如苏联、罗马尼亚、南斯拉夫、加拿大、澳大利亚等十几个国家和地区都兴建了许多现代化的高层建筑,大幅度地提高了高层建筑的比例,欧美与
