采用重氮盐－比色法测定肉苁蓉中苯乙醇甙的含量，结果表明：样品中苯乙醇甙的含量为1．275％，平均回收率101．3％，RSD为3．70％。
The diazonium salt-colorimetry method was used to determine the content of phenylethyl hydrazine in Cistanche deserticola. The results showed that the content of phenylethyl hydrazine in the sample was 1.27%, the average recovery was 101.3%, and the RSD was 3.70%.
