事由:关于寒假期内中、小学教职员工作与学习的通知今年寒假一方面正值本省大部地区进行土地改革,另一方面大规模的春节文娱活动也将展开。根据这样的情况,今年寒假,省、专不拟组织大的集中学习。各县如情况许可,可以集中小学教员学习。对寒假的工作,仅提出以下几点意见供各地参考:一、应遵照第三届教育行政会议的规定于放假前再进行几天土改教育(最好能稍有实际工作经验的同志作报告)以巩固同学们的认识和立场,不致在土改激烈的斗争中模糊和动摇。
