本文阐述了运用面阵CCD在线检测建筑材料马赛克外形缺陷的检测系统。该系统采用面阵CCD摄像,经Bt812数字仪进行视频信号采集,运用ADSP 21020完成实时图象处理与识别,最后由工控486微机输出测量结果。
This article describes the detection system of on-line detection of building material mosaic defects by using area array CCD. The system uses area CCD camera, the Bt812 digital instrument for video signal acquisition, the use of ADSP 21020 to complete real-time image processing and identification, and finally output by the IPC 486 measurement results.
