当前,国家大力培育新型职业农民的战略已全面确立。中央农业广播电视学校及其全国体系是培育新型职业农民的专门机构,具有联合办学及领导机制的横向组织优势,自上而下全国体系的纵向组织优势,信息化手段应用和融合发展的网络化组织优势。目前,农广校以打造新型职业农民培育基础平台、构建新型职业农民教育培训“一主多元”体系和开展新型职业农民教育培训为3条工作主线,并针对农民教育培训的组织问题,探索建立政府部门统筹领导下的新型职业农民教育培训“苹果型”组织服务方式,推进专门机构、相关资源和市场主体3种力量结盟,共同培育和服务新型职业农民。
