1.全方位导入,让每个职工、每个岗位都有不同的目标。内因是企业发展的根据,让这个内因起作用,就要全方位导入学习型组织的理念,把过去一直倡导的“主人翁责任”具体化。通过创建学习型组织把目标、价值观、使命感三个要素结合为一体,逐步建立共同愿景,让每个职工、每个岗位都有不同目标,鼓励职工自主修炼,自我提高,形成大家共同认可的对变革的献身精神。
1. All-round import, so that each employee, each job has a different goal. The internal cause is the basis for the development of an enterprise.
