介绍了自制的交叉分子-离子束串级飞行时间质谱计的原理、构造与性能。该仪器配置激光离子源,能进行质量选择,并可以对经质量选择后的离子进行碰撞诱导解离等研究。仪器的控制及数据的采集与处理完全由微机完成。初步运行显示,该仪器具有独特的研究功能与先进的性能。
The principle, structure and performance of self-made cross-molecule tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometer are introduced. The instrument is equipped with laser ion source, the quality of choice, and can be selected by the mass after the ion-induced collision dissociation and other studies. Instrument control and data acquisition and processing entirely by the computer to complete. The initial run shows that the instrument has unique research capabilities and advanced performance.
