[目的]探讨老年人食管癌贲门癌的治疗方法及影响预后的因素。[方法]回顾分析近10年萧山市第一人民医院80例老年患者手术治疗的随访资料。[结果]术后30天死亡率3 75% ,5年生存率19 4% ,与同期国内报道相近。[结论]手术治疗是提高老年食管癌贲门癌生存率的主要方法 [Objective] To investigate the treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer in the elderly and the factors influencing the prognosis. [Methods] The follow-up data of 80 cases of elderly patients in the First People’s Hospital of Xiaoshan City in recent 10 years were reviewed retrospectively. [Results] The 30-day mortality rate was 3 75% after surgery, and the 5-year survival rate was 194%. It was similar to the domestic reports in the same period. [Conclusion] Surgical treatment is the main method to improve the survival rate of esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer
