目的:探讨带状疱疹通过泛昔洛韦联合理疗治疗效果。方法:研究我院2014年5月至2015年12月期间随机抽取的80例带状疱疹患者,分为对照组与观察组各40例,其中对照组运用泛昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上添加TDP电磁波与经皮神经电刺激治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果差异。结果:在疱疹、疼痛等消除以及脱痂与结痂时长上,观察组均显著快于对照组,p<0.05;在治疗10d后的治疗有效率上,观察组为92.5%,显著高于对照组70%,p<0.05。结论:带状疱疹通过泛昔洛韦联合理疗治疗可以有效的提升治疗疗效,同时加快治疗恢复速度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of herpes zoster treated with famciclovir combined with physiotherapy.
