聚羧酸类减水剂因具有掺量小,减水率高,坍落度持久和无毒、无污染等优点而在国外迅速发展,如在日本,聚羧酸类高性能减水剂已代替萘系和三聚氰胺,成为配制中、高标号混凝土的主导材料。沪产的 LEX-9P(适用于泵送混凝土的型号)系列聚羧酸高性能减水剂在国内率先获得成功,并在磁悬浮轨道梁等工程中大批量应用。现将宝嘉混凝土场试验结果和应用情况介绍如下:1 试验结果1.1 试验用材料除有特别说明外,试验均采用4种材料:上海宝山水泥厂产海豹牌 P.042.5水泥、上海宝田新型建材公司产 S95矿渣微粉、宝钢综合开发公司产Ⅱ
