Objective: To observe the effect of electromagnetic radiation of a large surface ship on the neuroendocrine system in human. Methods: According to the different positions of the electromagnetic radiation fields of the naval vessel, the rats were divided into observation group I, observation group Ⅱ and control group 30 cases respectively. The levels of plasma ACTH, CORT ) And monoamine (serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine) content. Results: The plasma ACTH levels in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The plasma CORT in group Ⅱ was lower than that in control group (P <0.05) HT, NE, DA content was no significant difference. Conclusion: The function of seafarers and adrenal cords in the areas with high field strength of electromagnetic radiation may be decreased, which may affect the ability of stress response.
