井筒(石门)揭穿突出煤层防突工作的特殊性,要求在突出危险区既要实施区域综合防突措施也要实施局部综合防突措施,针对这2种工作程序重要事项通过实例分别进行了说明。
Wellbore (Shihmen) to expose the particularity of outburst prevention work of coal outburst requires that it is necessary to implement integrated regional outburst prevention measures in areas with prominent danger zones as well as local integrated outbreak prevention measures. The important issues concerning these two kinds of work procedures are described respectively through examples .
