在中等职业学校发展建设中,人力资源管理显得越来越重要,它已经成为学校在激烈竞争中发展建设的重要保证。在中等职业学校管理工作中,重视力度加大,但是人力资源管理相对复杂,并且自身系统性建设较强。由于宏观经济形势的严峻性,在中等职业学校人才资源管理中各种状况的发生率越来越高。在未来中等职业学校发展中,若能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,就必须把人力资源管理摆在非常重要的位置,必须坚持“以人为本”的管理思想,改进教师的薪酬管理制度,并遵循激励机制的有效性原则,使得中等职业学校的人力资源管理符合时代发展的标准。
In the development and construction of secondary vocational schools, human resource management is becoming more and more important. It has become an important guarantee for schools to develop and construct in fierce competition. In the management of secondary vocational schools, attention has been intensified, but human resources management is relatively complicated and its own systematic construction is strong.
