首先对过热汽温特性进行了试验分析,针对工况参数对特性参数具有较大影响的汽温被控对象,建立了过热汽温模糊自整定PID串级控制系统。选用直接推理的强度转移法,编程建立功能模块化结构形式的模糊控制算法,通过组态实现了该控制系统功能。仿真及动态试验结果表明,该系统与原机组常规主汽温串级控制系统相比,对外扰的适应件大大加强,控制品质得到明显改善。
Firstly, the superheated steam temperature characteristics were experimentally analyzed. According to the controlled temperature of the steam whose working parameters have great influence on the characteristic parameters, a superheated steam temperature fuzzy self-tuning PID cascade control system was established. The intensity transfer method using direct reasoning is used to program the fuzzy control algorithm of functional modular structure, and the function of the control system is realized through the configuration. Simulation and dynamic test results show that compared with the conventional main steam temperature cascade control system of the original unit, the adapting parts of external disturbances are greatly strengthened and the control quality is obviously improved.
