采用文献资料法、专家访谈法对南昌师范学院的体育应用型人才培养进行综合分析研究,分析社会体育对江西经济社会发展作用,我院申报基础,认为我院申报社会专业人才培养应围绕“管理学、旅游管理、新闻学”专业为依托,制订出适应和服务区域经济社会发展需要的、科学的、可持续发展的应用型体育人才培养方案,以期达到应用性人才培养的目的。
Through the literature review and expert interviews, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis on the training of PE talented personnel in Nanchang Teachers College, analyzes the effect of social sports on the economic and social development in Jiangxi Province, and declares the foundation of our hospital that we should focus on the training of social professionals in our hospital. Management Science, Tourism Management and Journalism "to formulate a scientific and sustainable training program for applied sports talents to meet the needs of economic and social development in the service area so as to achieve the purpose of training applied talents.
