目的:研究乌他司汀与生长抑素联合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的急性胰腺炎患者60例,按治疗方法的不同将其分为联合组和对照组,联合组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予乌他司和生长抑素,对照组患者给予常规治疗,病给予生长抑素,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经治疗,联合组患者的治疗有效率为96.00%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为86.67%,两组比较差异较明显P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:乌他司汀联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎具有良好的效果,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of combination of ultivastine and somatostatin on acute pancreatitis. Methods: Sixty patients with acute pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. The patients in the combination group were treated with Utrasone and somatostatin on the basis of routine treatment. Group patients were given conventional treatment, the disease was given somatostatin, the treatment of two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, the effective rate of treatment was 96.00% in the combined group and 86.67% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Utatine combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has a good effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
