一、南中国沿海地区经济开放成就回顾南中国沿海地区是中国“华南经济圈”的核心构成部分,完整的范围可包括广东、广西、福建、海南、台湾、香港、澳门等省区。目前由于政治和行政隶属的原因,狭义的范围只包含大陆广东、广西、福建、海南四省(区)。作为濒临港澳台和东南亚的沿海沿边地区,粤桂闽琼四省本来在经济开放的区位地理上就具有一定的优势,再加上16年来改革开放政策的较早推行,经济开放与产业发展总体上取得了较中国其他地区相对超前的巨大成就。统计资料表明:改革
I. Review of the Achievements in Economic Development in the South China Coastal Area The coastal areas in southern China are the core components of the “South China Economic Circle” in China. The complete scope can include Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hainan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
